Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for processing a return.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at support@brenrie.com with your order details.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
- After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you need a different color or replacement for a defective item, contact us for an exchange.
