Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for processing a return.

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@brenrie.com with your order details.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
3. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
